Our Small Group Outdoor Fitness and Yoga Classes offer a refreshing alternative to traditional gyms — combining strength, cardio, and connection in the fresh air. Classes are held at Crossroads Park in Marana and Riverfront Park in Oro Valley.
Our classes are intentionally capped at 10 people so you get real coaching — not just a crowded workout. Smaller groups mean more hands-on guidance, more personal attention, and a stronger connection with the women training beside you. Every session is built to challenge you safely, support your goals, and help you stay consistent through community.

With a mix of HIIT, strength, balance, flexibility, and yoga, every session helps you feel stronger, more confident, and proud of your progress. Each class has a max of 10 people
