Hi, I’m Kim, the Yoga Instructor with H.E.A.T. Fitness!
My love for Yoga began nearly 10 years ago while I was working in the corporate world. We had the most amazing instructor who would come to our office and guide us through the most beautiful practice during our lunch break. I will always remember how those classes made me feel.
This inspired me to become a Yoga instructor myself, so that I could share this same type of experience with others. I completed my 200 RYT with Barefoot Studio in July 2023, and I’m so excited about this new collaboration with H.E.A.T Fitness to bring Yoga to the park every Sunday!
My goal is that you leave my classes feeling recharged and revitalized. Movement is medicine for the soul! 🧘🏻♀️
